One year!
Alan and I celebrated our one year anniversary on Sunday!

We went to Mission Santa Clara for Mass and to re-live our wedding day ceremony :)


Then we drove up to Sausalito, tooks some great pics with the Golden Gate Bridge since it was such a clear, sunny day!

Then went to get massages/spa therapy at the Soul Water Day Spa and finally used the gift certificate we got one year ago for our wedding. Then we had dinner at this really good Thai restaurant nearby Arawan Thai.

We drove back home (but not before we made one final stop at the bridge lookout so Alan could take pics of the bridge at night) and ate the top layer of our wedding cake, which we had kept frozen in our freezer for a year. It was actually pretty well-preserved :)

First Birthday & Wedding Shower
On Saturday we went to my cousin's wedding shower in Pleasanton, had lots of good food, played some fun games, and hung out with the 2 newest members of the 'Tuason' clan - my cousins' baby girl and baby boy, born within 2 months of each other! They're so cute :)

Then headed over to Aaron's first birthday party in Union City. So many kids around - the pressure is definitely on to have one of our own :)

Happy 21st Birthday Heidi!

Happy Birthday to my little sister Heidi! I can't believe she's 21 now! At least now she can stay for the after-dinner events for my birthdays now (for the past 2-3 years, she's had to leave after dinner and wait for us either in the car, at the movies, or at the bookstore).

We threw her a surprise lunch yesterday at TGI Friday's and she was surprised! I told her it was a lunch for Alan since it was his real birthday yesterday, and she fell for it! :)
