Goodbye 2006!
Looking back on the year, it was a pretty good year - we travelled a lot - Seattle, Spain, France, Netherlands, England, Italy, Boston, and Hawaii - I played lots of volleyball after not playing for years and years, and we just hung out with friends and family. A good year overall!

Goodbye 2006! Here's hoping 2007 is just as great, or even BETTER!

I Love Wine & Winter Holidays 2006
We hosted the Cal crew this weekend for our annual Christmas gift exchange party! We started off with a sleepover on Saturday night, playing games like beer pong and the new Wii! Stayed up til 5am chatting with everyone, then went to lunch on Sunday at our favorite restaurant in the area - Banyan Tree (formerly known as Banyan Garden). Then headed back to our house for more rounds of beer pong, playing the Wii, doing the gift exchanges, playing more games, and just hanging out! I love my friends. They're like family to me. Celera Holiday Party!
Friday night I had my company party at the Oakland Marriott. It was definitely better food than last year, there was salsa dancing, and games like CELERA Bingo! It was fun to hang out with coworkers outside of work!

I love winning =) But I also just love playing volleyball. But it's feels so much better when we win. We played two great games last night. And we even had a cheering section of 7 people!! Yippee! I'm on a volleyball high...

Born to Karaoke
Random... but on Black Friday, Alan and I got Karaoke Revolution for our XBOX and I was looking through some old photos and came across this one of me and my sister:

Seems like we both grew up loving to sing, which explains why both of us love karaoke so much =) The game is really fun! Granted I've only done really well on the 'easy' level. Medium is a bit harder...

Holiday Parties galore
Seems like every weekend until mid-January we have some sort of holiday party to go to, since Thanksgiving. But it's good to see different groups of friends and hang out and catch up since we don't often get together. Seems like there are a lot more babies and kids at our parties this year, which leads to the inevitable question. All in good time... :)

I'm inspired to blog now since my blogging buddies have started up again! Thanks for the inspiration Jane and Ro! oh... and Oscar even posted his yearly post! hehe
